Lumos!
Happy May the 4th! I don’t really know that much about the Wars of Stars, but Olive (younger sister) does and considers it very important.
I am currently at the place I drove to for our family vacation, and dang it is awesome! There is sunshine and a pool that I might have gone in every day.
Today I was absolutely itching with the need to bake something since I hadn’t in two weeks, which is like an eternity for not baking. To satisfy my cravings, I baked some simple 3-ingredient peanut butter cookies. Easiest thing ever, yet SO delicious. *chef’s kiss*
Quick tutorial that I’ve memorized –
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
2. Mix 1 cup peanut butter, 1 cup sugar, and 1 large egg in a bowl.
3. Place the dough on a baking sheet and press a fork onto each cookie twice in an “x” shape, making a grid.
4. Place the cookies in the oven, and bake for 10 or 11 minutes if you want soft cookies and 12 or 13 if you want crispy ones.
5. Take the cookies out of the oven and cool them down. Consume, or pour yourself a glass of milk to eat with them.
Delicious!
I’ve also been reading tons of Harry Potter and listening to tons of Swish and Flick, and I’m almost caught up! I’m so excited because I guess it just seems nice to listen to something when you know it was recorded very recently. Maybe it’s just me?

I started playing Animal Crossing: Pocket Camp and I like it a lot. I downloaded it to test if I liked it, since I am considering buying AC: New Horizons with my allowance. I think I will, it seems pretty fun.
Well, I’m gonna keep this short and sweet, since its getting late. Thank you so much for reading, and as usual, please make sure to comment and share my blog with your friends!
Nox!
THIS IS AWESOME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I would like to put in some comments though. (haha ) I would appreciate it if you could do a nut- allergy-friendly recipe. I would love it if there were some recipes for: gluten free, nut-free, and more!
I have a few nut free recipes, I think.
Pretty sure you can also replace the peanut butter with nut-free butters (sunflower?). Those cookies should be gluten free since there is no flour!
I’ll try posting a nut free/gluten free recipe soon.
Thanks for commenting!
